Bilingual Maintenance Advisor in Toronto, Ontario

My client is a very successful, well known National Leasing Company looking for the ?right fit? Bilingual candidate. Candidate must be extremely detail oriented, well organized, and able to learn how to prioritize work duties, be very reliable and a self-starter who can work with minimal direction. The ideal candidate will have the ability to process large quantities of work in an error free environment. Candidate must have good communication and telephone skills and have exceptional external and internal customer service skills with the ability to comprehend automotive and truck material, identify relevant details, fact and specifications. Computer training or experience with P/C is required. Must know or be able to learn how to work with spreadsheets and word processing. Must be able to file accurately, operate calculator, fax machine and photocopier. Also knowledge of Document cost savings from point of sale negotiation and invoice auditing is an asset and resolving billing discrepancies with vendors.REQUIREMENTS: Minimum of aHigh School graduate or equivalent work experience. Technical degree in automotive repair field is preferredCurrent A.S.E. certification is preferredPrior automotive, fleet leasing, office and customer service experience is a plus.
