Provide consultation on strategic customer contact and engagement strategies, focused on key customer segments and designed to enhance customer lifetime value and encourage retention? Partner cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Customer Support to develop a seamless user experience and create a holistic customer contact preference management solution Points.com? Act as analytics consultant in campaigns? Partner with product marketing an to guide campaign planning, development and optimizationBI support and Reporting ? Provide guidance to Data and Analytics manager, on insights, business intelligence and reporting on the marketing data that will enable marketers to maximize the value of customer information for improved campaign targeting planning? Work with Data and Analytics manager on strengthening relationships with data partners as part of application of advanced analyticsIntegrate customer behaviour into marketing programs? Ensure aggressive A/B testing and optimization strategies to improve key performance indicators and isolated campaign-driver effectiveness? Develop Analytic KPI's to Drive customer and partner satisfaction? Develop Analytic KPI's To Drive Demand Generation? Develop Analytic KPI's to Drive marketing results? Campaign analysis and analytics, predictive modelling? Develop improvement models based on data, process, and analytical issues? Gathering marketing requirements not met by current infrastructure? Prioritization of marketing asksEmail Management ? Manage email vendor relationship? Develop email marketing strategies and processes, including creative direction, development, and list management? Lead email segmentation? Recommend tailored marketing messages to various segmentsSearch? Ensure strong SEM and SEO strategies, programs, campaign analysis and best practices are in place? Ensure SEM and SEO strategies are aligned to business goals (measureable)Affiliates? Manage Affiliate vendor relationships? Develop program plans, campaign management and campaign analysis process and execution?
