About the JobOur client has a requirement for 30 Sales Assistants/Product Advisors for a 6 Month Contract opportunity (possibly to Full-Time). These positions are located in Toronto, ON. They will serve as a friendly and insightful primary point of contact for our customers and deliver an amazing customer experience every time. The culture is a team environment and all objectives/goals will be team-based. There will be a lot of interaction with customers and face-time with Managers providing regular coaching. Responsibilities Responsibilities include: Retail salesPhone ActivationsInventory RunnerRinging up customer purchases and processing at Point of Sale (POS) machinesAnswering the store phoneGreeting customers arriving and departing from the storePerforming product demonstrationsAcquiring and maintaining an elite level of product knowledge in all retail products and service offerings.Being the in-store example of the company?s vision of the long term customer relationship.Providing customized solutions to ?new? purchasers that meet the customer?s needs and exceed their expectations.Collaborating with corporate and field team members in the development of the necessary tools and programs that will lead to long-term relationships with elated customers.Flawlessly executing the sales and service strategies of the retail organization.Engaging, Educating, Exciting, and Empowering both customers and team members alike.
