JOB DESCRIPTION:Primary Functions:- Phone Activations - Inventory Runner - POS- ringing up customer purchases and processing at Point of Sale machines - Answering the store phone - Greeting customers arriving and departing from the store - Perform KINECT and OTHER DEMOS Additional skills and experience:- Must have previous retail background - Superior customer service skills both in person and over the phone - Ability to work well with other team members - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Phone activation experience strongly preferred Job Summary:The Product Advisor is the ultimate provider of extensive product knowledge and sales support based upon each customer?s unique needs, both before and after the sale. Serve as a friendly and insightful primary point of contact for our customers. Ø Collaborate with corporate and field team members in the development of the necessary tools and programs that will lead to long-term relationships with elated customers.
